Corrections & Error Reports

A wrong paybill or account number can send money to the wrong person, so we treat error reports as urgent. Always confirm payment details on the bank’s official channels before sending money.

To report an error, email corrections@banks.co.ke with the page URL, what is wrong, and a link to the bank’s official source if you have one.

Verified corrections are applied promptly and recorded in our public change log (coming with the data pages).
